NYCN Delta Chairman, Sagboje Odiri Milton, Celebrates High Chief Kestin Pondi on His Birthday
The Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Delta State Chapter, Comrade Sagboje Odiri Milton, CLN, has poured encomiums on the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Limited, High Chief Kestin Pondi, describing him as a transformational leader whose service has restored hope and dignity to thousands of youths across the Niger Delta.
In a heartfelt birthday message released on Tuesday, Comrade Milton said his heart was filled with gratitude as Nigerians celebrate a man whose leadership has changed lives and strengthened national security through courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment.
According to him, High Chief Pondi’s role in securing Nigeria’s critical oil and gas infrastructure has gone beyond pipeline surveillance, noting that Tantita Security Services has become a platform for youth empowerment, reintegration, and economic inclusion.
“Through courage, sacrifice, and firm commitment, you have helped secure our critical national assets while opening doors of opportunity for countless young people in Delta State and across the Niger Delta Region,” Milton stated.
He emphasized that for many youths, Tantita’s operations under Pondi’s leadership have translated into dignity, purpose, and a second chance at life, significantly reducing restiveness and illegal activities in the region.
The NYCN Delta Chairman further described Pondi as a people-centred leader who understands that true leadership lies in lifting others, empowering humanity, and standing firm in moments that truly matter.
“Beyond pipeline security, you have shown that leadership is about people. The lives you have touched continue to speak for you,” he added.
Comrade Milton prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the Tantita boss, asking for long life, sound health, and even greater impact in service to humanity and the nation.
He concluded by wishing High Chief Kestin Pondi a happy birthday, describing him as “a leader and a blessing to our generation.”
High Chief Kestin Pondi, fondly known as the Ibe Benemowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, has received widespread commendation for his role in boosting crude oil production, curbing oil theft, and empowering Niger Delta youths through employment and community-focused initiatives.
